After the Challenge from the earlier post, I felt it my Knitting duty to participate in some EXTREME KNITTING! I have pictures.
First up: The bystanders waited with baited breath as Trailblazing Tammy and Blitzing Viva, barreled down the ever dangerous synthetic ramp. Bystanders were enthusiastic when both adventurous knitters tied and neither dropped a stitch.
Here we again see Tammy, feverishly working on the cabled ear warmer while climbing the precarious metal trestle.
Here is an example of an Extreme Knitter being deprived of her basic necessity: Knitting. Notice, no yarn in hand, nor close enough to smell. Don’t fret, dear reader, the situation was rectified immediately when yarn was again placed into Taco’s hands. Don’t mess with Knitters, we have 2 VERY Pointy sticks, YOU have TWO eyes. You do the math.

Ok, aparently there’s been a challenge issued! An, uninformed, Football Blogger has issued a challenge. In his challenge (which I’m NOT linking to his blog) he claims that knitting isn’t worthwhile.
I challenge knitters to go HERE and read and post a comment. Let’s show what a bunch of knitters can do. 😀

3. WHEN DID YOU LAST CRY? Not sure…probably recently
4. DO YOU LIKE YOUR HANDWRITING? No, I don’t. It’ll never change, but it’s not all that pretty. I like my mom’s better. It’s all nice and even, and quite legible.
5. WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE LUNCHMEAT? Salmi (with cheddar cheese, butter, on Sourdough Rye bread)
6. IF YOU WERE ANOTHER PERSON WOULD YOU BE FRIENDS WITH YOU? Yes
7. DO YOU HAVE A JOURNAL? This blog is my pitiful attempt at one

40. WHAT BOOKS ARE YOU READING? Bible, Quilter’s Daughter, and whatever book I find interesting here in the house.
41. WHAT’S ON YOUR MOUSE PAD? No mouse pad – it’s a laptop
42. WHAT DID YOU WATCH LAST NIGHT ON TV? Tv? Hrm….Football yesterday afternoon, I can’t remember…we’re all sick here…
43. FAVORITE SOUNDS? Silence, listening to my children talk to God, dh saying he loves me.
44. ROLLING STONES OR BEATLES? Not sure.
45. THE FURTHEST YOU’VE BEEN FROM HOME? Well, define home? Home as in where I was born, well I’ve been away from there for many years, I was born in Germany. I define “Home” as where my family is, so the answer the furthest, would be Phoenix, as not all my family (dh + kids) were there.
46. WHAT’S YOUR SPECIAL TALENT? Eldest of SIX girls, and knitting…otherwise I’m pretty boring.
47. WHERE WERE YOU BORN? Germany, no I am NOT German.
